BOOK SIGNING

 I'm excited.   I'm doing a book signing at the Danish Windmill on June 24th at 2 pm.    I can't wait.   They'll also be making and serving Æbleskiver using the recipe from my cookbook.  Page 11, if you're interested.  Stop on by and say Hej, (Danish for Hi), if you're in the area.  I'd love to meet you.   And if you're a proud owner of the book already, bring it with you and I'll sign it.
