Book Signing was a success

 I had the best time in Elk Horn, Iowa at the Danish Windmill.   I'm looking to book more places to do book signings, so if you have a favorite bookstore/store, please send me your suggestions.  

I do have several cookbooks out, not only do I have Hygge - Danish Food and Recipes, but I also have a Tapas/Appetizer cookbook called Nibbles and Bites, as well as Simple Shrimp recipes.

And in the meantime, I'm working on updating and expanding my Danish Cookbook, as well as finishing the edits on two other totally fictional books.
